Cabernet and Malbec have long been great blending partners in the Clare Valley with many fine examples being produced over the years. A deep red color is the norm with the red wines from the Gaelic Cemetery Vineyard.
Elegant to drink this wine has flavor and personality without the heaviness often associated with Cabernet. The long fine-grained tannins give the wine an immediate appeal but will reward those with patience to the cellar.
