Our 2021 Barossa Valley LWE Turrung Cabernet Sauvignon is an elegant and complex wine that showcases the region’s unique terroir. On the nose, it offers intense aromas of dark fruit, black currants, and hints of vanilla and spice, with subtle notes of eucalyptus and cedar in the background. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied, with a rich and velvety texture that coats the mouth. The flavours of ripe blackberry and black cherry are complemented by layers of dark chocolate, tobacco, and a touch of mint. The tannins are firm and well-structured, providing a long and satisfying finish. This wine has excellent aging potential and will continue to develop over the next decades.
